The free WiFi did not work hence both my wife and I had to chew up most of our data at all, the couch in the living room had bad support when you site on it, the blind out to the balcony was on its last leg. We left out bags with building management on check out for about 2 hours, when we came back there was no one there so we could get our bags, after several phone calls with no answer we managed to get the jury officer after about 20 minutes of waiting where he gave us our bags. Never again I will stay with this group, very disappointing.

After hours check in and having to call Followed instructions as per the numerous time I had to call and get an after hours caretaker to give me the keys to the confusion of him and me that this should’ve been a straight forward check in but turned into a 1.5 hr wait for keys Once in room tripled on carpet leading into bedroom (numerous times) as the carpet was lifted in the door way. Had shower and that too was not fun standing in about 3-4 inches of water due to the drain not draining. And then tv having no free to air channels The check out with front reception was easy though Do not recommend after hours Not a fan of their phone centre as no one has no clue of previous conversations and new person each time

Staying at Soda apartments is always a great stay. A few extra towels and cleaning refills would be nice to make it easier to keep the apartment clean. Also a few extra plates and cups so you don’t need to turn the dishwasher on after every meal would be great!

Soda Apartments in South Brisbane are perfectly located for a great stay in Brisbane. They are close to the river, to South Bank, public transport, West End, supermarkets and great restaurants. The apartment is well appointed with everything one needs for an easy stay. The only let down was a missing kitchen sink plug and a dirty rubbish bin. But these did not detract form a great stay.

The only down side is the cost of parking vis other properties in the area,. Otherwise a great apartment in an amazing area of South Brisbane. Great staff support.

The apartments are right next to two major ongoing building works. These works have approval to work overnight. Our room faced these works and the noise was horrific at all hours of the day and night. We paid a reallly expensive rate for this place and got very little sleep. Room is ok, needs maintenance and isn’t overly clean. Staff member on checking was not rude, but completely disinterested.

Great location. Walking distance to Suncorp and the city. Close to good cafes bars and restaurants. Apartment was clean and tidy and spacious. Would stay again on next holiday to Brisbane.

Clean, modern, spacious room. The price was high, but there were some events in Brisbane at the time.

Super located hotel apartment with a beautiful balcony. Clean and neat with what you need. It was missing a grill on the roof, but otherwise it's so nice. And maybe you should change the skyline picture by the pool, there are new homes right in front, so you can't see very far. But I would highly recommend the place.
