Shuttle van driver Shane was excellent. He was friendly, interesting, and informative. They offer drop off at non airport locations. We were able to use the shuttle instead of using a ride share. Housekeeping never came to change towels. Desk people were able to provide them. Room phone does work.

I had one of the worst experiences in my life with this hotel. I paid the king room for my husband and me since April 10 to stay 3 nights in June 18. When we arrived there at 8 pm the lady in the front end said the room was not ready, so according to her that day they didn’t have enough people. ?????? Also, she said they didn’t have king room, only queen. And she said if we are not agree, we can go to other hotel. This was absolutely incredible!!!!!!! Of course, we canceled this room and we went to other hotel after 9 pm. Additionally, I have to wait one week to recovery my money back. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel!!

Great friendly staff!

Maids believed I had checked out and tossed half of my belongings in tied up supermarket bags mixing dirty clothes with clean clothes while leaving half of my luggage still in my room. Per the testimony of one of the maids, one of her peers took with herself an item I had purchased as a gift, but the day I was truly checking out was her day off and no one could find the item (which was identified by the other maid with a picture I showed her). The hotel manager refused to reimburse me for the item telling me I had to be refunded by Expedia because so did reserve through Expedia and not directly with the hotel. Why didn’t she just took $30 out of the hotel petty cash or offered to repurchase the item and ship it to my home instead of involving Expedia to solve a problem the hotel itself caused, not to mention the inconvenience they caused by taking my belongings out of my room? Very unhappy with the hotel manager poor customer care. Won’t ever return to that hotel.

Allow enough time for check in if you have stuff scheduled. They were really busy and had to wait over 1.5 hours past check in to get a room that we had scheduled several months ago. Also maintance closed both down stairs bathrooms for guest at the same time. That definitely wasn’t thought out very well.

I booked through a 3rd party. When I got to the hotel and checked in, the receptionist didn't notify me of any issues. When I got to my room, it was a double room. I reserved a king room. When I called to see where the mistake happened, I was told they overbooked on king rooms. When asked why that wasn't communicated to me at check in, the lady was apologetic and said she would speak with her manager and get back to me. That never happened. I spoke with 2 other receptionist who told me the same thing. The experience wasn't terrible, but the customer service was poor. Housekeeping was very slow due to being short staffed. There wasn't enough parking for a fully booked venue

Good hotel. Quiet location. Beds were firm but not rocks. Really only complaint is the tiny pillows

Perfectly adequate. Rooms have paper thin walls and thus there's a lot of noise from neighbors. Otherwise it was what you would expect for a place where all you're doing is waiting for your next plane
