It was convenient stay for early morning flight

This is perhaps a new favourite in Calgary airport area! Very clean, friendly staff and helpful.

Easy quick check in, very clean and spacious room. Well maintained facility.

The iron shot out black liquid, which permanently stained a white piece of clothing when we went to the front desk to complain they were rude and unhelpful

The property was really nice, and the staff was also friendly. However, I have a concern about the housekeeping. I had clearly put a sign outside my room, indicating that we didn’t want it cleaned. Despite this, there were still about two hours before our checkout, and the housekeeping staff knocked on the door five times. My wife and I were not in a position to open it, and I believe they used the master key. When they saw us, they quickly closed the door. This was a terrible experience. If a sign is clearly posted outside a room, and the housekeeping staff can check in their system that the guest hasn’t checked out, they shouldn’t be entering the room or knocking on the door.

Overall stay was very pleasant

We had a great stay at this hotel at the beginning and end of our trip. The breakfast included had a variety of options including fresh fruit, many hot items, and gluten free toast! The room and gym were very clean and the shower was great (hot with great pressure!). The shuttle service to the airport was prompt and easy to use. Would recommend this stay before or after your flight!

Friendly staff, comfortable beds and very clean.

Clean rooms - more dark curtains needed

Great place to stay highly recommended great breakfast worth the price
