staff were very helpful and accommodating (did their best to cater to our needs like pack 'n plays, etc.), self check-in was smooth/instructions clear. location was perfect (view of the mountains, convenience of walking to nearby places of interest like food, hiking, etc.). stayed in a pet-friendly room for our family of 5. certain areas of the room we stayed in needed some upkeep/more thorough cleaning, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would like to stay here again in the future!

不錯 Overall great stay. For some reason a lot of us just didn't sleep particularly well. Perhaps due to the train, but it's something i was aware of prior. It's a bit noisy but their are earplugs provided. The outlets stopped working in two of the rooms on our 2nd day strangely. We were just so busy we didn't really bother with reporting. We had 4am to 11pm days due to all the hiking planned in the rockies.
It'd be great if the larger suite had 3 parking spots. We booked the room for 12, and had 3 cars.

Loved having a kitchen and washer and dryer, but there was room for nothing else besides a bed and tiny tall table. One luggage rack for one suitcase, 2 hangers in a closet. No AC but had an overhead fan and floor fan. Nowhere to sit except the bed. Suitcases were in the floor. Bathroom was adequate and typical. Have to ask for towels and to clean the room. The location was great, close to walking trails and could walk to the town center or stores.

Parking is tight, but you get a reserved stall, room was clean, AC kicks in and out all night, couldn't figure out how to turn the temperature down to keep it on.
