低於平均 Avoid this Springhill Suites by Marriot in Carle Place! After driving 4 hours to attend our mothers funeral we arrived at this hotel and were told that our reservation was cancelled by the hotel (without notice) and that the hotel was booked to capacity for our room type. The reservation was prepaid! Incompetence beyond belief! This hotel caused my family so much stress during an extremely difficult time. All the hotels in the area were now full! I also had to spend hours on the phone with hotels.com for a refund (which they finally did) but wow what a stressful experience. Again...incompetence beyond belief!
