Everything was excellent. The only thing that I really didn't like was that I stayed for almost 16 days, and when I asked for a one-hour late checkout on the day I was leaving, they didn't authorize it. I think that really made me mad.

The hotel was very clean and updated. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. My husband had a surgery at MDAnderaon nearby, so the location was great for me to go back and forth to the hospital and the hotel shuttle service was very convenient to get me to the hospital and back to the hotel. Front staff helped me with some changes to my reservation. Definitely will stay here for any medical needs in the future.

Beautiful hotel! Bar was recently renovated and looks great. Vodka martinis and old fashions are well made and fairly priced. Breakfast is really, not inexpensive, but very good.
Staff is very friendly from the valet people, to the bartenders, to the servers, to the shuttle drivers. Front desk people are very helpful.
Very close to MD Anderson. Less than 0.5 mile walk to the main building, but the shuttle can also give you a ride.
Rooms are clean. Robes are very nice. TV streaming services available by casting from your phone, so very easy.
We've stayed at several other nearby hotels, but the InterContinental is the best.
