Breakfast was yummy!

Pullman Saigon Centre. The location is excellent, with stunning city views from the upper floors. Reception was outstanding, special thanks to Dong, Hung and Thuy for being friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar and restaurant have a great atmosphere, and the hotel offers a usable pool and gym. Breakfast choices are generous, especially for meat-eaters, and small touches (they provided a vase for flowers I bought locally) were appreciated. However, housekeeping was inconsistent: the bathroom, curtains and carpet of the main room needed cleaning, and a welcome drink was left in my room for several days. The room had a persistent damp smell that only improved after placing flowers in the provided vase. Although rooms are non-smoking, smoke from a neighbouring guest filtered into the hallway and my room, and enforcement seemed lax. The rooftop experience was mixed, service was friendly but the bartender could not make several listed house cocktails due to missing ingredients, and I was once given a drink that contained hot sauce. After sunset the rooftop becomes very buggy, which makes evenings uncomfortable. Also, the hotel advertises both a sauna and steam room, but I found only a steam room. Overall: great location, views and helpful reception staff, but the hotel should improve housekeeping, cocktail service, non-smoking enforcement and rooftop insect control.

Great hotel , restaurant food was awesome .

I wouldn't say it blew me away, rooms were ok, breakfast was better than most in HCM, staff was a bit strict overall which felt less friendly.

Excellent food in restaurant and room service. Enjoyed the rooftop bar. Excellent location close to all sightseeing and museums. Professional friendly staff.
