The room was wonderful. The staff were very understanding when I left a pair of tennis shoes in the room upon checkout. They kept the shoes safe for me until my Grandson could pick them up for me. Thank you! Thank you!!

Room was clean. Service was good also. We travel a good amount and would not stay here again if we can help it.
Showers were lukewarm at best, even with hot water fully up. Water pressure also very low. Only 1 washcloth and 3 bath towels in our room. No blankets or sheets or pillows in the room for the soda bed.

Shower was cold water. Never did heat up even being on hot only. Breakfast was gross and not what was expected. Will not recommend or stay again.

I love the bed wish the rain was a little bigger, but it was all we needed. Stayed four days. We will be back in June and we will return to the same hotel
