Staff were friendly and accommodating when we arrived early before check in time. All 3 guests were delighted with the room especially our 9 year old boy was delighted to be sleeping in the bunk bed..this was a lovely birthday treat.

Close to the tram which was real convenient. The breakfast was disappointing, not a lot of selection.

In our FAMILY room we had a shower with a GLASS door! Who in the world designed a glass door in family room, how parents/kids can have a comfortable shower when everybody else in room can see your naked body through the glass door!!! Also toilet door was on magnet, no lock at all and huge gap on top so all smell/sounds went to the room. We used our towels to cover a glass door to have a shower. Breakfast is very basic continental one, however staff was really helpful.

Everything was good on this property, just the room feels like a Cruise ship cabin. Too small for a triple room. Room was too small, but everything works fine. I recoomend it anyway is small.

As usual, my room was spotless. No frills, very basic, but everything I needed for a great night's sleep. It was my third stay with Ibis and they've all been just as I had hoped.

The ibis was okay to stay for one night. The rooms are small but had everything you need. The room was clean apart from some small bits of mold forming in the shower. Although they advertise breakfast you have to pay extra for it. Additionally you have to pay £5 for parking every 24 hours. It is conveniently located across from the train station to go into the city. Overall, the price is a bit high for what you get and would not choose the stay here again in the future.

The property was awful. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Way too small, no place to hang or put away clothes, open shower with no privacy. automated light in the bathroom malfunctioned multiple times. I finally disconnected the bulb since it wouldn't go off. Other times it just came on with no one in it. Staff was not friendly. Just not a good experience. I even tried to transfer my reservation to a sister property but was advised I couldn't do it because it was booked through expedia. Big problem with Expedia is once you arrive, you're stuck there regardless of the condition of the property because you've already prepaid for it.

The room was clean, bed and linens were comfortable and clean. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Location is great with tram across the street and a huge grocery store and a Nando’s at a few minutes walk. Tea and coffee available 24/7. However, the room was more basic than basic. The shower area has a glass door, so no privacy. Toilet does not have a lock and a sensor triggered light. Space was tight. Only one small chair and practically no desk. No closet space. Only one power outlet. OK for a quick stay
