Great staff. They were very helpful anytime I asked. The place is a down an alley, but great location and the breakfast was great. Buyer beware of mini bar charges and buying beer at the hotel. Quite expensive compared to the family mart right at the head of the alley

Room was spotless, comfy, and staff were super friendly (Tina). Great breakfast, spacious room and bathroom- and enjoyed the balcony to watch local life below.

Great little hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are large for a small hotel. There is no wheeled access to the hotel (scooter only) as it is down an alleyway, which was ok for us travelling light. Good location to walk around the sights. Even though the hotel is down a small alley we always felt safe walking back at night. Breakfast was very good. Loved our stay and would happily stay again.

This is a really great location right in the center of everything but at the same time, silent and very comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful.

The hotel was basic but fine. The location is inside an alleyway, so one has to get out on the main road and then walk about 500ft to the hotel with your luggage etc. and same on the way out. This wasn't apparent when we made the reservation. Additionally, the front desk is not staffed between 12am - 7am., so if you are leaving at that time, you have to check out and use the gate lock to let yourself out and then lock it when you leave.

Not a fancy hotel but clean , safe and the people where absolutely wonderful, so polite and helpful

This is an older property centrally located to the tourist attractions of HCMC but nestled in local area of small alleys with restaurants, coffee shops, beauty parlours, bakeries, basically everything you can imagine! The staff are outstanding, will help you in anyway they can.
