The bar / restaurant areas were very nicely refurbished. The rooms are very dated, windows inside the secondary glazing is filthy. Secondary glazing needs cleaning as well. Sink marked and cracked bath also had some damage. Bed is very low to the ground and there was only only a metal square stool to sit on very uncomfortable. Look like it came from a class room in the sixty’s. Bar food was poor( maybe because of the England game but breakfast was excellent. Not sure I would book again until the rooms natch the refurbished bar ares

Really lovely place to stay. Staff very helpful. Great band on. Great atmosphere & lovely breakfast too!

Room was spacious and clean was very noisy and the road was noisy too so didn’t get great sleep.

This hotel was totally outstanding The renovation downstairs is stunning. The rooms still need to be done. The food and staff are 10/10 I can honestly say I have never enjoyed a stay as much.

Wonderful stay at the Royal Sutton, beautiful spacious accommodation, delicious breakfast and all the staff are so friendly, hapoy and helpful. Will definitely return.

The room was freshly renovated. The beds were huge. I unfortunately had a sick relative in the hospital nearby. This was a very convenient location to stay. The staff doing late check in were great and they were and have been super compassionate and helpful during and after my stay. I would highly recommend for location and customer service. I would in particular mention the manager Paoula who was outstanding in the level of customer service she delivered when I had a difficult query.

Cold room due to old windows ubable to close fully and only small heater. The noise from the pub is not a reasonable amount it is excessive, coupled with the noise from outside made it impossible to relax or sleep.
