Well equipped apartment in good distance to the city center and main attractions. Overall very comfortable. Nice view to the river. No coffee maker/pot that was promised. No room cleaning unless requested and paid extra - not an issue but something that should be flagged in the listing. Pool felt more like a big bathtub when 40+ are allowed in at the same time but the saunas were very nice and hot.

The apartment was good enough for a few days stay, had most the amenities needed like a fan for hot weather. The kitchen was not very stocked but that was not an issue. Location was centre and use of the pool was nice.

Excellent apartment hotel with loads of facilities, located within a short walk of the Old Town and Quayside. The staff were great at both check in and check out, with facilities to leave your baggage after check out, for collection later in the day. With Gdansk being such a vibrant and interesting City, we never had time to use the Spa facilities within the Hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The main living room was dirty under the couch and shelving unit had so much dust I had to vacuum and spot wash the walls ! It is a place that was furnished with Ikea everything ! Broke glass drying it !! No dish towels to dry or paper towels !! It has so much goopy stuff in the fridge hinges !! It has a great location !!

The staff was very friendly and the room was good, the room was clean but there was like a sewage smell in the bathroom if the water wasn’t on. Also the toilet was constantly dripping all day. Other then that, it was a good apartment and did all you need - was a very good location

This is my 4th trip staying with Grano Apartments however the 1st at this location. Arrived early and was met by a young male and female on reception, both of whom could do with refreshing their customer service and professionalism skills, he seemed annoyed when we asked about storing luggage until check in time which has never been a problem in the past. Upon our return we asked to collect our stored case and my friend caught him rolling his eyes and making faces to his colleague behind my back. He then gave very little info on the hotel and i had to ask about time limits etc on pool facilities. Other than that we had a lovely stay, rooms and communal areas are clean, 1st towel change is free (he failed to mention this), everything is walking distance. The onsite spa was also lovely but expensive. Thankfully check in did not put me off and i would return.

Nice clean apartments easy enough to book and hour in the spa some hours there was a lot of kids but didn’t bother us. Handy location small walk into town.

Great, flat it’s superb. Nice and clean, large TV great WiFi, location is good. Swimming pool it’s okay also.

The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was a good size, even for the budget option. As others have said, there was no salt/pepper/oil for cooking, only tea and coffee as found in the usual hotel room, but there was a fridge with small freezer compartment. They appear to have taken on board previous feedback as there was a spare bin bag, dishwasher tablet, and washing machine tablet for our use, in addition to dish soap and a cloth (although no tea towel). The room was clean, the furniture comfortable and in good condition, and the location was fantastic. The spa did have to be pre-booked and only for one hour per day but it was again clean and well maintained, with floats available for children. Luggage storage was free and we were able to check in an hour early for no additional fee. Overall, we had a lovely time and would stay again.
