We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Killarney surrounded by shops, restaurants, and pubs. Everything we wanted to see or do was less than a 10-minute walk away, which made the stay very convenient.
The hotel itself was great, and we had no issues during our visit. Overall, we had no complaints and would happily stay here again.

Good location and nice hotel. There are several sets of stairs that you have to pull your luggage up which was not easy. The desk staff did not offer to help. Steps again in the hallway where our room was which was difficult.
