We have stayed at this property before and had enjoyed our stay. However, I cannot say the same for our stay this time, and we were booked in for 5 days. The majority of the staff were not very friendly, not even a response when we greeted them with a good morning or hello. The guests have gone from respectful of others to door slamming, loud talking and like some of the staff not very friendly. Then the breakfast, the poor woman who was in charge of breakfast was fighting a losing battle all week. She was constantly running out of supplies and some of those did not get replenished all week. Every day there seemed to be one less thing to choose from. I felt sorry for this woman as it is managements fault that things were not reshelved but I feel that she was taking the blame, she didn't seem quite as happy by the end of the week. Our room was OK but there was definitely some things maintenance could attend to. The bed was clean and comfortable. We like the location of the Heritage Inn but I must say that we won't be staying here again unless there is some refurbishment and an offer we can't resist. I gave mostly 4 stars but in actuality I think my rating is more like 3 to 3 1/2 stars

Comfortable bed, good pillows, large room.

I allegedly had a non smoking room, but I opened the door and the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Every time I left the room and came back in, I was greeted with that wonderful smell. The bar food was excellent!! The pool area was very nice.

We booked the King Suite! Was a great room, but when moved furniture to reach a plug in, there was lots of garbage under it! The Happy Hour at the bar has incorrect times advertised! And they wouldn’t honor the printed and website time! Breakfast was decent, but they had a hard time keeping up with the demand.

Great stay once again

The best part was the young kid working at the attached sports bar. The hotel is dark and grungy. The room needs upgrading- cleaning will no longer do. Staff at reception was hard to understand. The breakfast was cold and not very good. Attention to detail is definitely lacking.

For smoking free room it smelt like someone smoked all day and all night in the room.

Great pool and full breakfast

The hotel is tired. Bathroom faucet pulled out of the wall when I turned shower on, this was a little terrifying lol. One bath towel provided. Coffee maker did not work. Overall I guess you pay for what you get as it did not cost much to stay. Our server in the bar& grill restaurant was absolutely awesome and I wish I remembered her name so I could give a shout out! The food was good too.

There was a fight event going on they didn't mention i left came back absolutely no where to park i called front desk she was very rude about it it was a nightmare. Pool/ hottub for grandaughter was amazing Max bar food is Amazing
