I was very happy about hotel’s location, breakfast and clean rooms. Check-in was a little bumpy as hotel only accepts cash for incidentals. I hope UHG revise their policies soon to have smoother checking experience.

Only bath towels were provided initially, with no face towels. After requesting them, I received just one face towel despite the studio unit being booked for two guests. The wardrobe sliding door was quite heavy and difficult to move; however, after informing reception, this was promptly repaired. I also enquired with the evening duty reception staff about the possibility of a one‑hour complimentary late check‑out, considering I had booked a six‑night stay. I was advised that the hotel was fully booked and that any late check‑out would be chargeable. Breakfast offered a decent spread with a very good variety, and the staff in the breakfast area were attentive and helpful.

Clean, everyone was friendly and helpful, spa is conveinent, pool, gym, easy area to get rides. Whats not to like?

They would not allow me to check in because expedia stole my money and did not give me the proper information to check-in with

Honestly for the price the hotel is perfect. Most notably there is an atm in the lobby, Lek massage which is one of the best massage chains in Bangkok, very decent breakfast, a shuttle to the sky train, a convenience store on the property, great restaurants in the area, etc.

The staff was very friendly. Answered any questions i may have had. The room was cleaned daily, which was great. There were plenty of shops nearby i was able to walk to. The pool and gym was also nice and clean.

This was very cheap. But it was very clean, well decorated and excellent staff. It was like a three star quality hotel. The only down side is the tv was small and only had basic tv.
