Great location

Nice location good staff

Near from 2 train station

The Gifu Washington hotel was in a great location. It is an very easy walk from the JR Rail Station to the hotel. Then, the bus station that has busses the go up to the Ukai fishing area is just across the street for the hotel, so easy to get around with just public transportation!

Location is great. Walking diatance to station JR and meitetu Gifu. Close to hotel has McDonald a Convinience store. Lots of Japanese Style Local Izakaya. Walking around local drinking area was so much fun!! Bit of old hotel. But price was great! Clean and comfortable bed. Nice and quiet.

Decent hotel with well trained staff

Had a good stay at Gifu the staff were helpful and it was close to lots of places. The rooms were small, uncomfortable because of the space in the rooms. Breakfast and food were great.

Overall our stay was satisfaction

It is really really old, and run down. The electrical wiring in the room under the tables was a fire hazard for sure, and the night stands were from about the 60s no joke. The Guy at hotels.com said that booked it for us said it was recently renovated, but that was far from the truth. Probably won't go back.

In principle, a typical japanese hotel, that is nothing special but with everything that is needed including free internet connection. However, the walls seemed thinner even than usual as i could literally hear my neighbour's heavy breathing which made it difficult to sleep. Locationwise, it's about 10 minutes walk from Gifu station so quite convenient
