The bathtub was not draining, so I contacted the front desk. The lady there advised me to be patient until tomorrow morning when a maintenance guy would be available. They couldn’t even offer an alternative solution, like moving us to another room or providing compensation. Finally, a maintenance guy arrived a few hours later and fixed the problem. He did a great job. On the other downside, there were also a few minor malformations in the room.

Pros: Location was great Customer service was welcoming and friendly Cost was budget-friendly Beds were clean Pool supplied pool towels Cons: Rooms were dated (but expected due to low pricing compared to nicer hotels) Cleanliness of rooms were questionable - sticky walls and things stuck to curtains; bathtub was a bit of rusted; floor tiles had stains; walls had stains Tv was old and delayed Phone buttons to contact front desk did not work

The beds are so uncomfortable the hotel has a gross smell when u get into the rooms and it has no hot tub

The room was in a bit of rough shape stains on the walls,There was a picture on the wall the glass was broken.There was a bad smell in the room definitely will never stay there again.I understand you gotta ask to get your room cleaned but I atleast thought they would take the garbage away.I had to remove the garbage myself

Have stayed many times, convenient location, good value for cost.

It was clean, very good staff. Price was too high for a 3 star hotel.

Parking is ample and staff is helpful. Good stay overall.

TV didn’t work, no hot water in the shower.

Holy crap!!! For 295 a night I expected a really nice room, nope.... Shop around!!!

Very old building and needs repairs. Room very small but clean. A/C unit very loud and kept us awake. Convenient location.
