Ros at reception is outstanding at exceeding my expectations. Went above and beyond find me a room which I suited my needs and made booking directly with her a breeze.

This motel was a great place to stay at for an early flight, it's basic but clean and is very economical. There's also a great bistro connected there, offering a big selection of cheap meals, with an extra 10% off for people staying at the motel. It's right near Westfield shopping centre if you need something last minute. We will definitely use this motel again.

Room clean Staff friendly and helpful Outlook from room could be improved

I was there for one night for work. Checked in late and checked out early. Had dinner at the restaurant and got 10% discount for hotel guest. Asked reception if there was anywhere for breakfast but he was not able help. There were a couple of mosquitoes in the room, cleaners must have left the door open when they were cleaning. Apart from that the room was clean and fresh. Air conditioning worked good. There is shampoo and body wash but no toothpaste. Overall for good a short stay.

Room was quiet and very clean. Can walk over to Airport West shopping centre. Very convenient and well priced.

Lots of noise from upstairs and during the night
