My only critique is that the TV isn’t a smart TV. I wasn’t able to cast content from my phone or use my streaming apps, and the TV only had three channels available, with just one in English.
Aside from that, the hotel was great and I really enjoyed my stay. If you plan to spend some time relaxing in your room and watching shows, I’d recommend bringing a laptop with an HDMI cable or a Chromecast so you have more entertainment options.

This is the perfect hotel if you need time to rest and recharge. The cliff side of the hotel is so beautiful and they make sure to keep the whole hotel peaceful. Breakfast is good and the staff is helpful. I would stay here again.

1.Safety - bottom tiles of swimming pool needs to be repaired. Could've cut and got infured
2. Elevator smells like vinegar
3. Parking lot does not have indication whether it's occupied or not, hard to find a parking spot
4. Spent more than 30 min to get a taxi inbound/outbound. It would be great if Hidden Cliff would arrange a taxi service available for customers

The hotel staff was very friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The parking area was convenient. We had a beautiful view from our room of the surrounding areas.

Minister Park was exceptionally helpful and friendly in recommending a hike for us, assisting in booking wedding photos and even calling a taxi for us. As a foreigner, you will be well taken care of. Thank you for the great stay!
