It is a 5 star hotel, rooms are at 4 star level like breakfast, restaurant was really 5 star

I don't understand how this hotel could have earned five stars. Our room was exceptionally small, even by European standards. It was the smallest bed and room of our trip. There was a lot of dust in our room-I don't think they ever give the room a deep clean, the sheets felt low quality, the lighting in the bathroom was terrible, the elevator was infuriatingly slow, the menu in the restaurant was very limited, no breakfast included. There was an event in town the night we were there and the hotel charged unconscionable prices as a result. It was really a disappointment.

Very helpful staff, friendly- rooms were exceptional, tasteful, and extremely convenient to be near the Arnhem Station. Hotel has a restaurant, lounge, small snack bar, basic amenities, options for renting bicycles (an e-bikes) for the day for transportation. Very responsive and quick to help.

Really nice , different feel hotel… relaxed not a chain . Cooked Breakfast choice for English guy a bit limited but fine, great bread!

Great amenities (sauna, hot tub) and great location. Parking is hard to come by (hotel has a very small lot) but parking at centraal station across the street was near by.
