Very organized staff helping us with everything we needed excellent service very clean room breakfast was great thank you guys.

If you're going to be staying in Istanbul, then you have to stay at The Ritus Hotel Istanbul Sultanahmet, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. It is by far one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Turkey is world renown for its phenomenal hospitality and customer service, but the entire hotel staff team took it to another level. From the moment you arrive at the hotel, you are treated not just as a customer or even a guest at the hotel, but you are made to feel like part of their family. The staff are genuine and truly want to make sure you have the best possible stay at the hotel. The hotel is located walking distance, literally minutes from every major tourist site, including the Grand Bazaar. The lobby, restaurant, and hotel rooms are all intentionally and well designed, adding to the luxury feel of the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedsheet and pillow felt luxurious and new. The carpet in the room was the softest carpet ever! The breakfast was excellent with a selection of food that will meet everyone's needs and tastes. Breakfast also includes one menu item. My only feedback is that it would be nice to be allowed to order more than one item. A special thank you to the front reception team: Huri, Ece, Efe, and Furkan who were outstanding for the entire hotel stay. A special thank you to the breakfast team including Huri, Zehra, Cem, Davut, Rana, Esra, and Tuna who were extremely friendly and hospitable during breakfast every morning.

EXCELLENT STAY! Highly highly recommend if you want to be in the Sultanahmet area. Excellent location and short walking distance to the mosques and busy streets. The staff were absolutely incredible. I travelled as a solo female, and this property felt super safe. It will be so amazing once the rooftop is finished!

Very well located. 5 minute walk to the Blue Mosque, 8 minutes to Sophia and the Topkapi Palace. Room with balcony is great although the room is quite small - you can't leave two open carry-ons. Room is well organized though. Lights went out in the room but the staff was quick to respond. Very nice building and decorations.

Very pleasant stay, the whole family liked this hotel and the staff were very friendly and kind too. Loved the breakfast very much too, thank you so much for having us.

Everything was perfect

I NEVER leave reviews but really have to stay warm friendly and helpful staff. Hotel rooms is well stocked with amenities. The breakfast staff are so kind and pleasant so happy to help. The breakfast had a nice selection. Would really recommend this place.

This property is ideally situated in the old town - Sultanahmet district, is a modern and charming hotel. My wife and I stayed here 3 nights and from here, we walked to Blue Mosque (Sultanahmet Mosque), Hagia Sofia, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace and Grand Bazaar. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and unreservedly recommend this hotel to anyone!

This is a boutique hotel, it offers luxury and convenience, located in the heart of istanbul, I recommend this hotel and staff 100%, the rooms are cozy and the staff is extremely polite and kind, definitely would visit again.
