Stayed for one night - everything was well kept, clean, and usable!

The place was spotless, the staff were very friendly, had no road noise

Room was excellent. Great amenities. Nice jetted tub! Well stocked kitchen for our needs! Delightful innkeepers! If we are in Hamilton again we would choose to stay here!

Not our first time staying so we obviously like it. I have two not-negotiable criteria for a hotel/motel. 1. Good sheets and comfy bed (tick) and 2. A good bathroom. (Tick) That includes decent water pressure and non-fixed shower head plus great soap and shampoo. The Alberts 'fig' range is great. We will be back.

We were in the handicap unit and the kitchen was set low. It worked for us and the unit was quite comfortable.

Easy process for new traveller. Room basic but tidy.

The room we stayed was super clean, linens and towels were in very good condition, the carpet was nice, the bed was comfortable, everything was excellent.

Well located close to restaurants, town center and gardens. Highly recommend.

We had a quick one night stay. The staff could not have been more helpful, especially as we were arriving late in the day. The room was spotless and our best Motel stay in NZ.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this motel. It was exceptionally clean, the shower pressure was great and the room was well appointed. I will definitely stay here if I’m in Hamilton again. I recommend choosing this motel.
