Hotel was crowded due to conference, elevators were slow & lobby was chaotic , we paid for Mountain View room but was not allocated one, it was late for me to go back to staff & ask for changing it, during check-out I highlighted the same & then someone from customer experience service team came to apologise & suggested to reach out to her for next stay.

Best place ever…

Everything was fantastic, except during breakfast time the scene was bit chaotic due to over crowding something needs to be done

Everything running prefectly, great and helpful staff, very helpful concierge. Very enjoyable stay!

Great hotel with all the comfort one can expect!

Very good

I was assigned a room on the 17th floor. Upon opening the door, I noticed a strong acetone-like odor in the room. As we were in a hurry to attend an event, we initially ignored it and left the hotel. When we returned around 10:45 PM with my 75-year-old mother-in-law, intending to rest for the night due to another early event the next morning, the odor had intensified significantly. The smell was so strong that it caused coughing and made it difficult for us to remain in the room. The hotel staff was courteous and responsive and assisted us in changing to a different room, which we appreciated. However, the replacement room was excessively warm, and the air-conditioning system did not allow us to adequately reduce the temperature, making it uncomfortable to rest. While the property is visually appealing and the staff was helpful, the air quality issue and subsequent discomfort significantly impacted our overall experience.

Outstanding staff/ service - especially in Spice Kitchen restaurant (Moanora, Bobby, Varsha, Shrishti, Heramb, Shubham, Bibeshna, Vibhas, Disha, Divya, Chef Akshay) and Megha Ghosh at check in + Mamta and Shreya Tamang in reception/lobby! I’ll return just for the friendly and courteous service :)
