⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it! 🏨✨ The location was fantastic, with everything conveniently close by 🚶‍♀️🛍️🍽️. The facilities were excellent, and the room was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed, including a handy kitchenette that made our stay even more enjoyable 😊🍳☕. One of the highlights was definitely the pool! 🏊‍♀️🌴✨ It was absolutely exceptional and the perfect place to relax after a busy day. Being able to sit by the pool with an ice cream cone 🍦 while watching the sun set over the horizon 🌅💛 was such a special experience and one we’ll always remember. The staff were truly exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help 😊👏💕. The on-site restaurant was so convenient 🍽️✨, and breakfast was an absolute star! ⭐🥐☕ There was a great selection, everything was delicious, and it was the perfect way to start each day. The whole atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy our time away. 🌺💕 We would happily stay here again and can’t wait to return! ✨🥰🏨🌅🍦💖👏 Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😊

Location is very good with the beach on the same road and then bars, shopping and restaurants all within vicinity. The hotel has a restaurant attached to its front which is convenient for breakfast and lovely open waiting areas on the way to the reception. We had a nice room with separate living area which is really good. Kitchenette also included a filtered water dispenser which was great. Bathroom was adequate, clean and maintained. Air-conditioning was good. We did have an issue where water leaked from it, but staff were quick to fix it and it was fine after. The hotel has a roof top swimming pool and bar. Exactly like the photos, you get a view towards the sea and can see sunset. There's also a basic gym there too. The downsides with our room being at the back of the property, a new multistorey site is being built, so we did have e construction noise from around 7/8am until 5/6pm. The new building looks like it'll block some of the seaview from the roof top swimming pool which will be a shame. Also on the last morning, we woke up with the room smelling of cigarette smoke, not sure if a group had stood by the air-conditioning inlet smoking to cause this. We were able to open the balcony door to ventilate and made staff aware when we checked out. Otherwise it was a really pleasant stay.

The shelf with the microwave is very low. I hit my head several times.

This is our second stay at the Rama Residence and definitely won't be our last. I need to give special mention to Oming (I apologise if I spelt your name incorrectly!) for being amazing and going out of her way to ensure we had an amazing stay. I got a full sleeve tattoo over 2 days while we were there and she ensured our bed was made to accommodate this for us just in case ink ran while I slept! She also took the time when my husband was interested in fried banana to ensure he was shown how it is made so he can now make them here at home in Australia for us. I was extremely impressed with the hotel supplying clean, filtered cold drinking water in the room - this is an absolute GAME CHANGER and I wish all hotels in Bali did this - it meant we didn't need to keep buying plastic bottles each day and could just refill before we headed out, and didn't need bottled water for brushing teeth either. The room was amazing as it was last time, bed was the most comfortable bed we had during our trip also. While there is construction happening around the hotel, we didn't really hear any noise in our room which was great & we slept very well. Water pressure in the shower was brilliant, and the room was kept clean for us each day. The included breakfast was great too, often more than we could eat & they made barista coffee which was excellent. The pool level was also great to cool down at the end of shopping & relax on a sun bed. We will likely be back again!

Great location, lovely helpful staff. Lovely pool area, good beds, big rooms. Tiny balcony on apartment rooms with a view of the building site next door. Other rooms have good balconies.

Great value for money in a good location.
