This hotel is a joke, excellent photoshop! The only good thing are the staff they amazing!!! But the hotel itself is old really used up, shows many signs of tear. Additionally nobody shows you the lovely view of the mountain that instead shows massive greenhouses. The location is on the side. Hotel offer minimum amenities and the breakfast are really poor cheap quality. There have been number of alternatives that I would highly recommend. As a foreigner / tourist you can get much better deals elsewhere.

Note that there’s 2 buildings. The reception, restaurant, pool with view annd indoor “onsen” is in the new annexe. We stayed in the main building and had to walk a bit to those facilities. Found some of the staff at reception and the restaurant a little too rigid and inflexible. When I was asking for a late checkout, I asked for “as late as possible”. And he kept asking “what time”. To which I said “2? 3?” Thereafter he said “maximum is 12”. What’s the point of asking, then? Additionally, we ordered drinks in the restaurant and we wanted to have a hallabong that we bought earlier in the day. We were not allowed to eat it as it was “from outside”. I understand the policy but I feel it was unnecessarily harsh the way we were told. In addition, it’s not like they sell hallabongs for consumption there. Everything else about the hotel was good. The views, the onsen, the room etc. Jeju is such a dreamy place and this hotel is memorable.

This hotel is missing the target by quite a long way. There are two issues and both are the responsibility of the leadership. Firstly its remote, no good local restaurants or bars within a reasonable walk. Given that fact its frankly amazing that the hotel has just one very poor offering and it closes for two hours in late afternoon so if you fancy a pre dinner drink on your holiday, forget it. And then there are the rules! … As you check in you will be handed two sheets of them, and they cannot under any circumstances be flexed. To avoid a long explanation, let me give just one. They offer you a welcome drink, coffee or soft drinks are allowed. We chose two Americano’s but we were refused a splash of milk , the rules said that we had to pay for the milk! So we did. Recommendation to the hotel, tear up the rules and empower your team, tell them to have just one purpose, to focus on making their guests feel welcome, isnt that the purpose of a good hotel??

Beautiful location, hotel was clean and nice. Would def stay here again

Tout était parfait, Piscine intérieure, extérieure, Jacuzi, vue sur mer possible et le petit déjeuner buffet était parfait avec un expresso de qualité
