Convenient location, good amenities and food. Staff were very helpful.
Noise from construction was a bit loud though.

低於平均 I was disappointed with the service at the reception. The two female staff members were unfriendly and had very unpleasant facial expressions. Their attitude clearly showed a lack of hospitality and professionalism. They spoke to us in a rude tone and seemed irritated, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Good service starts with a positive attitude, especially in the hospitality industry. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations.

Clean room, wonderful breakfast, great staff that were very helpful. Nice pool for kids to splash for the day. Shuttle to the mosque.
Too bad we were here during the tensions. We will be back.
