Do not stay here if there’s no other hotel available change your plans. This hotel is not only disgustingly dirty but there’s absolutely no parking and it’s an across the street from a homeless campsite. How do you not have enough parking for each guest at the hotel we had to park across the street. We had to put a permit thing on there so car wouldn’t get towed, but where we parked was a bunch of homeless people and not in the best area very dirty very disgusting

When we entered our room, I noticed that there wasn't a lamp on the desk near the phone and the room was dark. We normally use that area to take our medication and insulin. The bottom of the bathroom door was chipped badly and there was a big stain on the floor by the chest of drawers. There wasn't a top for the ice bucket and there were missing shelves in the refrigerator, and although we tried many times, the television would not turn off. Housekeeping did not clean our room until our fourth day there. I stopped at the front desk and asked if someone could clean our room that day and it was done when we came back to our room. We had stayed at the Fairfield before and have recommended it to family and friends. I realize things can't be perfect all the time, but I expected more than we got from the Fairfield. P.S. I took pictures, if needed.

I like the proximity of where I was staying for my family business trip.

Then room was ok but did not have the latest ports for charging devices like a current iPhone, iPad, or laptop. There was no microwave oven. The room was clean and the furniture was was maintained and newish. The Staff was exceptional including the folks who handled the breakfast buffet. Shout out to them! Friendly, helpful and just delightful folks. The price was right and all was okay.

Room was a little beat up

The property was supposed to have a ferry shuttle to NYC, it was broken down. The property is not close to the ferry at all. The property is run down and dirty. The room service did minimal daily care. Parking was minimal. Management did not solve my one issue. Breakfast was passable. The bathroom fan was on but was so dusty it was worthless and noisy.

The stain on my floor was a bit off-putting and the "vending" room was filled with boxes.
