Amazing

Location is good. Hotel is very small and narrow

Great location. Very friendly staff

The location was perfect, the staff were very helpful and everything else was perfect.

Hotel staff were amazing, kind, patient, and just perfect. The room… eh. The room was a room. It had a bathroom and was labeled “non smoking,” but the ghost of a 1980s smoker came out as soon as you turned on the AC or heater fan. I was lucky enough to be in town when the weather was mild enough to keep the window open and air it out, but the damage to my allergies was already done. I fought the sniffles for the rest of the trip. Not ideal, but given the price, not unexpected.

Rude staff

The room was very very dated, appeared as if it hadn’t been updated in a long time if ever. Room was small but that’s to be expected in Tokyo. Pillow felt as if it were filled with corn or straw? However front desk staff was very kind and helpful with the self-check in. Things like toothbrushes are razors were made available as needed. Close to many shops and restaurants, right next to a 7-11.

Very small bathroom.

Staff were nice and helpful. Room is definitely in need of updates. It was loud outside our room due to the proximity of the hotel and ambulances going by. Not the fault of the hotel but just to keep in mind.

Great room for travelling with a small group. The fridge size made it nice to store beverages and food from the nearby convenience stores. The washer and dryer also allow you to pack less clothing so you have more room for souvenirs.
