As advertised there is no parking, they have spaces but they are for “staff”. Had to wake up each morning at 8 to move my car. Asked for extra pillows and they said they have none!

The room was spotless and housekeeping was great. I really like the area too; it’s literally a one‑minute walk to the station, which is super convenient if you’re planning to explore central London. Parking provided by the hotel is readily available, which is a big plus. The staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay, and the reception always smelled nice. For the rate you pay, the hotel is incredibly good value. I genuinely enjoyed my stay.

Good and clean room, nothing wrong with it. Parking was definitely a bonus

I stay there 3 night First night was horrible they gave me a room in what looks like an attic with no A/C ( keep in mind there were a heat wave in Europe too)tithey supply me with a small fan . The furniture in that room with like someone picked up from the street trash. When I complained and ask them to cancel the other 2 nights they refused but they switched me to another room a lot bigger and lower floor and this s time they gave me a better fan because again no AC first time in my entire adult life that I sow a hotel do not have an AC . Again the furniture in the room was also just as bad . Also when I asked for more towels I think he said that I have to pay but I don’t remember exactly Anyway I couldn’t get the towels. The staff was nice over all though

Room had bed bugs and refused to return money, staff was useless. Honestly don't even want to go back to London because of such a bad experience. If I could give negative stars I would. I don't know how this place is still running.
