The location could not have been more perfect and the staff was incredibly helpful. They arranged for our taxi out at 4:30 in the morning and made sure we had breakfast to go with us. The breakfast was also very good. Pretty much a perfect place for exploring Riga.

This location cannot be beat! It was in a quiet place in the centre of old town. Easy walk to everything! The staff were friendly and helpful. They lay out a decent breakfast and have water, tea and coffee facilities available all day. Plus there is a refrigerator in the room with drinks available if you desire. The A/C was not yet turned on, but the nights were so cool, we just opened the window and it did not matter! We would definitely stay here again and again!

No coffee machines, small TV with limited channels, weak air conditioner.

My wife and I had a terrific stay at the historical Hotel Justus, a bit due to its short walking distance to All of the vibrant Old Town Riga and Central Market, but mainly the amenities, ambience and the Caring staff, in particular, Irina at the reception, who from the moment we walked in til check-out met our needs from any info to room extras. (She's a keeper for sure, if we're the owners.) We'll definitely stay here if we're in town again, God-willing!

Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. A shame my room was next to the access road on a lively Saturday night as you could hear a lot of activity.

A very charming hotel in Riga's historic center, 5 to 10 minutes walk to everything you want (restaurants, souvenir shops, museums, churches) and 5 minutes walk to/from the bus (#22) stop when you arrive from the airport. I felt like an 18th century nobleman in his little castle.

Breakfast was basic .. but satisfactory . Could do with more choice .. Room was clean and tidy .. The staff were what really makes this hotel in Riga .. The manager is polite and very helpful . Very knowledgeable about the local area .. Though my main thanks goes to Irina .. she was absolutely amazing . I will be returning to Riga and to the hotel because of her and how her customer service was . Hotel justus you have an excellent member of staff .
