For the price, it was pleasant enough for the night. No frills, but the room was clean and staff are friendly.

The front desk staffs were not very responsive.

The room nearby was noisy

Every is good except some smoking smell in corridor and in elevator

Friendly staffs.

Had a nice trip

Overall your basic business hotel in Japan. Small rooms and no frills. I did hear that the breakfast buffet is worth the price. Not my first choice of hotels in Utsunomiya but in a pinch it will do.

Clean and functional. Was what I needed. Nothing amazing though and the hallway smelt badly of cigarettes.

Overall I'm very happy with the hotel. I will concede that it does seem like an older property, so some parts of it do seem a bit old-fashioned. But everything is very well maintained and works well.

Stayed here for three weeks -- the staff was friendly and the room quiet and comfortable. The hotel is in a convenient location being nearby the main station, and with a supermarket + Daiso only two blocks away. Two blocks in a different direction is a large local park.
