Everything is great about this resort- from hotel, restaurant food, rooms, swimming pools, ski slopes logistics and customer service. I will visit again in a heartbeat. The only con is- the blankets are too small but this is normal for Austria and Germany, I noticed. Totally recommend.

Clean room nice healthy breakfast with a lot t if options

This year the Christmas dinner was served much faster than last year. Everything else was great as well, and we’ll definitely come back!

From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was special. The excellent food was a culinary delight every single day, with a variety that consistently impressed us. The good customer service truly made our stay exceptional; the staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel boasts some of the best facilities I have ever visited. We stayed in a beautiful, well-appointed room that was both comfortable and stylish. The amenities are top-notch, including: Tanning areas perfect for soaking up the sun. A relaxing spa that offered a tranquil retreat. Atmospheric swimming pools that were clean and beautifully designed. Overall, this hotel is worth every single cent. It truly is a magical place that we can't wait to visit again.

Super nice spa is the best the best dinner a lot of choose

It was going to be our first New Year's holiday, my wife marked the reservation date incorrectly, we paid 1000 euros, but they still didn't help to change the date, we didn't even get a response, I hope our 1000 euros were useful to you, we worked hard to save it

Balcony with the view of farmland is very special to the ones who are living in city.
