Excellent hotel. Very reasonably priced. Under the radar for some reason but it's in a great location in downtown Jerusalem. Right by the light rail. 30 minute walk to Western Wall. Clean rooms helpful staff, great breakfast!

Great place to stay. Beautiful room, excellent location, nice breakfast! All in all we highly recommend it

The room smelled, the mattress and the pillow were very uncomfortable. The coffee machine looked dirty

Breakfast was excellent, though staff was missing first at several positions - preparing eggs, optional coffee etc.

Great location, clean and comfortable room. Would definitely stay here again.

very disappointing as I was told there would be parking and there wasn't I was charged tax even though I have an American passport I didn't get my room that I specifically asked for and told me that they had then they had to change me rooms it was already night time I came to relax and ended up being aggravated I actually was ready to leave and go to different hotel but it was later ready and I was so tired I came in for a wedding so I had to go to the wedding even though I came to the hotel to sleep first

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Hotel is nice and clean with nice amenities.

The staff are great, we love the hotel and have stayed there multiple times. However, on this occasion we noticed that the room was not so clean. There was a lot of dust on the floor near the window area so one day I dropped a used bath towel on the floor in that area so that the cleaners will see the dust when they pick up the towel…they made up the room but left the used towel (and dust) on the floor! Other than that it was a good stay, the staff are very friendly and accommodating and we will be booking a stay again next time!

Front desk was friendly. Breakfast was plentiful.

Amazing
