Good hotel but if you want sun! Not the place to stay!

Can’t fault the hotel itself but we couldn’t stay any longer than 3 nights as the bed was like sleeping on concrete.

Missed not having a room to connect to wifi and work from. Wifi really poor.

We were due to stay for 11 days however we checked out at day 4 and stayed elsewhere. The hotel photos looked great however upon checking in the hotel is tiny. The pool is in constant shade from sun up to sun down, we had to go to other resorts to use the pool as the one in this hotel is shaded by the hotel building. The air conditioner was not cold at all, we had it on 16 degrees and had to get the hotel staff to check it. They advised that it was working, however it was boiling hot each day. The bed and pillows feel like you are sleeping on bricks, we had to go down to the hotel to see if there were any other pillow options which in all my visits around Bali and Australia I have never had to do. The breakfast.. don’t waste your money. It’s Indian based cuisine, the fruit section was only watermelon and rock melon. We had the breakfast once and once only, for $20 per person daily it is not worth it at all. Not to mention the construction next door. Very disappointing and expensive experience all around

Very nice hotel - a little old - and it was pretty far from the beach. Other than that, a good value.

I recently stayed at Fairfield by Marriott Bali Legian for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and in a great location between Kuta and Seminyak, making it easy to explore Bali while still enjoying a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming from check-in to check-out. My room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with a lovely balcony and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast each morning had a great variety, and the pool area was one of my favorite spots to unwind after a day of exploring. What stood out most was the excellent customer service, every staff member went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali and would happily stay here again on a future trip.

The cleaning staff kept my room super clean, and with water bottles. The restaurant staff were very friendly and always made sure we were taken care of. I recommend this hotel.

Very clean and friendly. The area to the side of the bar near the restaurant could have a lot more outside seating, there were only two beanbags! This is a large area and could accommodate at lot more lounge type seating. I like to sit outside on a comfy chair listening to music and relaxing and there was no area to do this

This hotel is amazing. Staff were kind and helpful.. Food was great, the pool area was comfortable. 100% recommend

breakfast was ok not much variety for Vegetarians. We did not use the bar not sim area
