Excellent service. Staff was extremely pleasant. There was entertainment each night. Pools and areas well kept. Food options were delicious! Thank you again

My family and I recently stayed at this resort, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. When we first entered our room, there was a strong urine odor throughout the entire room. We immediately reported it to the front desk, and while housekeeping confirmed there was a problem, it took nearly two hours before we were finally moved to another room. After traveling all day with our family, we were exhausted, and spending two hours waiting for a clean room meant we had no opportunity to enjoy our first evening at the resort. The next morning, things only got worse. We noticed small stains on the bed sheets, and after pulling back the comforter, I found stains throughout the bedding. It was very disturbing to realize that my family had slept in a bed that was clearly not clean. There was no way of knowing what the stains were, but the bedding should have been thoroughly cleaned or replaced before any guest checked in. The hotel did provide a $100 voucher after moving us to the second room, and while I appreciate the gesture, it did not make up for being assigned an unsanitary room, the lengthy wait to resolve the issue, and then discovering unclean bedding in the replacement room. I wasn't looking for a voucher—I simply expected a clean, sanitary room, which is the minimum every guest should be able to expect. Overall, this experience fell well below the standard of cleanliness and service I expected from this resort.

Eclveryone was extremely kind and helpful. We didn't pay for the extra service of towels and clean sheets. We brought our own laundry and dishwasher tablets. Much easier. You have a washer/dryer, do your own towels. I washed our complimentary beach towels. Folded them and left them clean. If I need trash taken, I just called. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We loved it so much, we are going back in November. We live in Palm Coast, Florida. It's worth it!!!

The property was beautiful but a bit dirty and outdated. For the price, I was expecting more. The rooms were dirty, sheets had stains and there were little bugs in the kitchen. The waterpark and pools were great. The kids enjoyed!

Me and my family were excited to stay as it looked beautiful online and the reviews were decent. The minute we arrived at the check in desk the excitement changed as we were greeted by a very nasty front desk receptionist named nikauly . She was extremely rude gave me and my husband attitudes, refused to answer any questions we had and repeated to respond “I can’t answer that” . Finally we got to our room and were disappointed and the cleanliness the windows were dirty, tub, walls , balcony and linen. I had to spend my own money on cleaning supplies just to feel comfortable enough to shower and sleep there: a bag of linens were dropped off in front of our room and when opened they had previous stains on them. The showers do not properly turn off so you have water splashing on the floor all day and night and heating dripping water. The entire time we were unable to use the elevator . As they are not working or take 20 minutes to arrive. We spent our entire trip walking up and down stairs. The water park area was dirty water had alot of tree branches in it and looked yellowish. Will not be staying here ever again and do not recommend you spend so much money and it was not worth it. At all !

Property is well kept and beautiful, rooms are nice-although you can hear every slamming door and voice all night long!! Security is a joke-they are not interested in helping or enforcing rules and more of a concierge. Will keep you waiting without care or concern for your time as a paying customer. VERY RUDE and supervisor is no better! Been there multiple times, this was the worst visit yet! Will be looking elsewhere for competitor property.

Check in did not happen until 4:50. They charge for early check in but don’t discount late check ins. The tv was not working in one room they never came to fix it. My 5 yr diagnosed with ASD was overstimulated by the fire alarm going off several times. Nobody came to clean the rooms. I was just over it. Never again.

The room was very dirty!! The floors were filthy and bugs crawling around. The rooms need cleaned better and updated. Sheets dirty and mattresses dirty. I would not recommend staying here.
