Great view of the bay. Buffet choice is excellent. Staffs are very friendly

Hotel is very close to all the activities. Hotel shuttle takes you to Toba station and the aquarium and the pearl island are walking distance. The view from the lobby is breath taking! Must wake up early and watch the sunrise.

Great view; excellent staff; very good breakfast, although the same each day. The only oddity was that I was charged a 'bath tax' at the end of my stay for using the hot spring, which wasn't mentioned anywhere when I booked.

The view in the lobby was most spectacular. Complimentary drinks on arrival was an added bonus. The staff, in usual Japanese style, were very friendly and attentive. The buffet dinner was something to be remembered with excellent steak and seafood plus plenty more. Outdoor Onsen was refreshing as you can watch the sunrise. The shuttle service was reliable and needed.

Everthing was perfect!!! Great food, hot spring hot tub bath and customer service! Shuttle between hotel and the other places are so nice! I will come back to this hotel again.

I have been very disappointed to pay for that amount of money in return of such experience. There were hundred of flies inside my room and they kept coming through the restroom ventilation system. Not sure if the reason is my room is next to the female hot spring bath and that smell attract those flies. Last but not least, I have been traveled to Japan for 10+ years, and it was the worst hotel that I ever stayed.

You can watch the sunrise at the hotspring bath. Nice sea view from the room. The Japanese styled buffer dinner and breakfast was good. Value for money.
