I cannot use powdered coffee creamer. We arrived too late to get a free drink, wish it could've been used toward something else. We booked here partly because of the airport shuttle, and then we were told we might wait up till an hour! And on the return it was no better, leaving only once an hour. Kind of false advertising.....otherwise the hotel was nice.

We stayed one night on our way to Banff. Perfectly fine as a hotel near the airport. They have a shuttle to pick you up and take you to airport.

The room was just ok, we found the bathroom to be for short pple im short but the counter and sink seemed to be really low, a BIG downfall is no bars in the bathroom to help get up off the biffy. I also found the smell was horrendous inside and out must be a sewage place near by,this isn't the first time staying here but I'm thinking on trying another place next time. Just seen they offer breakfast we were never told about that.
