Arrived late but room waiting. Nice big clean room. Bath/shower rather high sided. Breakfast expensive

Hotel needs to be revamped. Bathrooms needs to be updated Staff @ breakfast area need to retrained

A great location if you’re coming in by Eurostar or going to head from MIDI station to explore the rest of Belgium. A perfectly fine hotel. Can be very slow lifts in the morning. With so many great options around I’d grab breakfast somewhere else but theirs is fine.

Breakfast was okay, but have had better.

This is a very good hotel, great location across the road from the station, clean, well run and very comfortable. Small fridge in room was useful, buffet breakfast was lovely. We would stay again.

Had a lovely stay , staff very helpful and friendly , room clean , a bit of a sketchy area outside the building ,but safe and secure inside

Clean and modern but poor wifi, Room temperature controls not working. Room phone not working

Good location if travelling by train easy to find and about 10 minutes walk from the station. Good spacious room, very comfy bed, bathroom good, although shower head kept flopping down. Quiet at night but proximity to the station meant it was a bit noisier from about 6am. Very helpful staff, allowed us to stay til 12:30.

The room didnot have an iron, also shaving kits, toothpaste etc were not available. Otherwise, really good experience and the staff was courteous and helpful too.
