Great cozy little hotel with a friendly and lively vibe. Location was excellent. I can’t say enough good things about the staff, even by Japan standards they were so helpful and gracious!

Rooms were small but clean and in a great location. Staff was helpful and food was great!

The staff was phenomenal, friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well organized. The location is close to everything you want to see. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Second time l have stayed here. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Clean and comfortable room, only slight negative is the room could benefit from some redecoration - one wall was a little scuffed. Laundry facilities are very good, washing machines have instructions in English (make sure you have 100 yen coins to pay, there's no change machine) l would definitely stay here again.

Staff were great, always so helpful. Best hotel we've stayed in during our holiday to Japan. Only CC would be to include an additional pillow per guest.

Great location, great and helpful staff, small but conformable rooms.

Hotel Pacific Kanazawa—we stayed for one night. The hotel is very well located. The staff is very friendly and professional. The room offers the basics; it is small, but there are two downsides: the bathroom is uncomfortably small, and the mattresses are not comfortable. Aside from that, it is a hotel that was definitely worth booking.

Had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff were helpful and kind.

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The cafe drinks are top notch. It's a very cozy place to stay and the location couldn't be better!

Great location, wonderful staff. Very clean rooms
