The air conditioner got nice and cool. The staff was always very friendly.

It is a lovely hotel. It's very close to the main train station. There is also a tram stop right in feont of the hotel which makes your city trips much easier. The staff is smiley and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic. Out room was nice, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was renovated with a very good water pressure while showering. I would stay here again.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast service was nice. Amenities included complimentary water and soda in the mini fridge which was very helpful. Each room has its own AC unit. The rooms were cleaned, however, the bedding used caused a lot of dust so the rooms were very dusty. Bedding was old so it was yellowed in some areas.

Very handy to main train station, close to a variety of ethnic restaurants. Nice continental breakfast. Some traffic noise at night, bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Compact clean rooms.

Great location near Main train station and bus terminal. Tram stop across the road. Lots of food. Breakfast included was great with hot food and free drinks in the in room mini bar.

Happy and helpful staff. Easy to find location. Fridge with so much needed complimentary water in this heat was so appreciated by my son and I… great breakfast! What else could we ask for when traveling? Thank you!

Very near to the railway station. Well maintained.

Room was not that great but it was convenient to get in the city. Breakfast also not that great.
