Ok . The property is small and very clean . My room was spacious very nice decoration . But two thinks keep me out of my best rating .. NUMBER ONE .. room was close to the street and very noise for that . Is you are planing to sleep well , you will not . NUMBER TWO .. WiFi , very unreliable last day was not working and inestable other days .! Breakfast is include and was good . Personal is very nice !
Note : amenities in the bathroom need improvements!

This establishment is amazing. Wonderful attention to details. Little extras added. The breakfast was the most amazing spread of items with loving attention given. Spacious comfortable rooms and bathroom.

We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable.
The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from.
It was an easy walk to the historic center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!

Location is great, only a short walk to centre of Lucca. The free parking was useful. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The B&B is right next to a very busy road and you do hear the traffic in your room. Ear plugs were provided though, just something to be mindful of. Breakfast was okay.

極佳 Highly recommend this wonderful b&b. Owner was lovely and so helpful - nothing was too much trouble.
Property was quirkily styled and spotless. Breakfast was amazing - much more than i was expecting for the money.
Was only a short walk from the walls too. Highly recommend staying here. Excellent 100 stars 🌟

Great little B&B with very warm and friendly staff. It is conveniently 5 minutes from the historic center. The rooms are clean and lovely. Would definitely go there again.
