Good Staff, excelent breakfast, good located

We were booked into a room immediately above an event floor where a wedding was taking place. Loud music began at 11:30 pm and continued until after 1 am. We were not informed about this at check in or given any option to switch rooms until we phoned reception at 11:30 pm. We were told that the music would stop at midnight but it did not. The reason given was that the hotel security were unable to control the event. Very disappointed in what should have been a pleasant stay in a beautiful hotel.

By far the best full service hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time !

Very clean and comfortable room, great gym. Very dated decor - needs a good renovation to be competitive with other 5 star properties in the city.

We had wonderful stay and enjoyed every minutes during our stay. We thank to all Hyatt staff whom made our stays memorable

It's a quiet hotel, part of a larger residential building, and formerly a Shangri-La. Room was spacious and super clean and perhaps just a tiny bit dated. Location is great, right in the heart of downtown Vancouver and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the water.

Staff were fantastic, great location, Spa service was excellent. Also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and pool.

Standard Hyatt quality

Everything has exceeded my expectations, especially the staff. Laeh, in particular, is exceptional; she is truly delightful and knowledgeable in assisting us with planning our day trip.
