We had a great stay at this resort and would definitely recommend it. The rooms were clean, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. The customer service was excellent from start to finish.
The only small negative was that the mattress could have been a little more comfortable, but it certainly didn’t take away from an otherwise wonderful stay.
The location was perfect for us—not right in the middle of the busy tourist area, but close enough for a pleasant walk whenever we wanted. The pool was fantastic, and we never had any trouble finding available sunbeds.
We booked the half-board option, and it was well worth it. Both breakfast and dinner offered a great selection of fresh, delicious options. There was plenty of variety, so the meals never felt repetitive. The fresh bread and dessert selection were a plus!
Tenerife is absolutely worth visiting. If you’re planning a trip, make sure you visit Mount Teide, explore the stunning Masca, and spend a day at Siam Park. The island has so much to offer, with beautiful scenery, great weather, and something for everyone.
We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Room was just okay, Tv didn’t connect to WiFi and ‘wasn’t supposed to’, despite being a smart Tv… not allowed to smoke on the balcony so when people were smoking anyways there was buds left on the floor in front of our balcony, the outside was lovely just the room was disappointing.

This is a great four star hotel in a quiet area. It is fully contained with very friendly staff. We have been multiple times and really cannot fault it.

We had a great experience!! Very clean hotel with beautiful view, access to the beach. Across the hotel there is a shopping center with two very good Italian restaurants.
