The air conditioning was fantastic! It froze us with outside temperatures above 33. Aileen at the front desk was extremely helpful. The apartment was very spacious. Great location. NOTHING negative to say.

One of the best locations you can stay at in Florence for views of the Duomo. The staff is absolutely wonderful. We have stayed here several times over the years and will continue to stay here anytime we are in Florence.

Perfect location in Parma, right across from key historical sights and near excellent dining and wine bars. Beautiful old palazzo - AC had a hard time keeping up with the extreme heat but otherwise the room was spacious and comfortable. Kitchenette was an added bonus. Very friendly staff, including help with difficult reservations. Highly recommend overall!

We loved the place. Great location with all kinds of restaurants right around the corner. In the great shopping district. I would recommend it very highly.

The check in could not be better. Extremely nice staff. The apartment was spacious and clean. Did not have any good coffee in the suite which was disappointing. Beds were hard but ok. The sheets and pillows could use improvement. Air conditioning was good. The location is right beside the cathedral and close to all sorts of good restaurants. The breakfast was delicious. If you don’t mind a hard bed this definitely is a great place to stay!

We loved our stay. Our room was near the street but people were very quiet, and we experienced no street noise. The room is good size with a small kitchen area. The church bells in the mornings were pleasant to hear, not too loud at all. It is near a beautiful church and baptismal. The property is secure. There are at least two very nice restaurants right in the rear area of the hotel. We ordered breakfast and there was a nice selection of sandwiches, yogurt, juices, fresh made coffee. Staff are polite, and helpful. It is a beautiful hotel and we would book again on future visits to Parma.

Amazing location on Piazza del Duomo right next door to the beautiful Baptistry. Helpful reception staff who “upgraded” my room (I didn’t need extra bed). My room overlooked wisteria-filled courtyard and was very quiet (some rooms have view of Duomo). Breakfast served in nearby cafe. Traditional furnishings and spacious bedroom with kitchenette in corner, but awkwardly tiny bathroom with clunky old shower over bath.

This was a charming room with large bath and adjoining kitchen area. Best location in Parma. Highly recommended. 10-15 minute walk from train station. We would absolutely stay here again.

The whole experience of our stay at the Hotel was absolutely great.Everything about the Hotel,the Staff,location could not have been better right in the middle of Parma.
