Great location, lots of on site parking, clean rooms, and helpful staff. The outdoor pool being on the patio along the restaurant windows is a bit odd.

The outdoor pool was heated and there were plenty of lounging chairs. We had many issues with our room card not opening our room door, we were three for 5 days and there were problems with all three rooms we had booked with the key cards. Needed to have them changes multiple times throughout each day.

Housekeeping does not know how to knock.
You'd think if there was no Do Not Disturb sign, the least the staff would do is knock and check for a minute if there is someone inside.
Not once, but TWICE! They arrived way too early when me and my partner were just waking up, which I asked the kind receptionist about. Then when we left for a few hours, our room wasn't completely serviced even with the Service Please sign. We went to the gym which was decent to kill time, and finally when we came back the "Service Please" sign was gone. But they didn't even restock our towels.
The second time is when they were going to bring it but again, they did NOT knock. And afterwards, I heard them laugh about it outside.
Everything else during our stay was great (kind receptionists, nice gym, clean room, good location), but this housekeeping team has some of the worst manners and management I've ever seen.
