They are updating their hotel - They did a great job keeping the disturbances to a minimum

The property was dated from the photos provided online, the bathroom had mold on the ceiling in bathroom and there was no vent in the bathroom, the toilet handle was on backwards and barely flushed properly. The pool was very dirty and the water looked very cloudy. There were ants and debris surrounding the pool deck and patio area. There was also no coffee - in the room just tea. I would never stay here again unfortunately.

Stay was great

The rep was kind and waved the parking fee and he was very helpful

It was an amazing location! Had an issue with the ac and they were quick to move me to a new room with no hassle! Purchase the breakfast pass as it’s a good deal! I always have a light breakfast so being able to pick from their selection without having to go out and spend $45+ was worth it. Super close to everything. Worth it for the price I paid

Had to be moved to three separate rooms for issues after check in, first room the toilet was leaking onto the floor, second wasn’t cleaned (hair in tub and other things) and smelled mildew-y, third room literally had a broken AC. Did not end up staying after that and got a refund. The hotel we went to after said they get a lot of customers from this one…

"The hotel hallways lack both air conditioning and security cameras. Room cleaning is only done every other day. When they actually serviced our room, they just made the bed and left a single towel for two people, claiming they didn't have enough. I tried calling the front desk to ask for more, but no one answered, so I had to go down in person. The next day, I specifically requested towels again. They failed to leave them once more, and when I went downstairs to complain, the receptionist completely ignored my concerns. I would never go back to this hotel

Great stay!

The hotel was “okay” for what I was paying and the staff was very friendly. But the room had the squeakiest beds and I’m pretty sure when I booked this hotel, it stated that breakfast was included, but to eat you had to pay $15 per person. The cherry on top was parking. I was never informed that you had to pay for parking her but a week later, I was sent a collections invoice that said I owed $80. Pretty sure I would not come back to this location next time I say in Orlando due to this. Please make updates to let guest know that there are price for the “included breakfast” and someone should make it clear from the beginning that there is a fee for parking on the premises.

Showers need upgrades other than that everything else was great
