Worst Hampton Inn experience. The bathtub won't drain and I ended up standing in a pool of water while taking a shower. The shampoo bottle was not attached to the wall. The phone wasn't plugged in. The TV has no internet nor apps. At breakfast we had to wait for 15 minutes for some omelets. There were only 2 luggage carts for the entire hotel. The pool had hand towels, not body towels. The staff was very uncaring. We wouldn't be staying here again.

極佳 The hotel met all of our needs. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast attendant was attentive and prepared excellent meal options each morning. The hot breakfast options were delicious. The pool hours were great and gave plenty of opportunity between travel activities to enjoy. The 24/7 coffee and tea stand was a great perk. The lounge area was perfect for meeting with friends.

極佳 I loved my room, and the airport transfer was really helpful.

極佳 The hotel was undergoing renovations. You would never know as everything was as normal as can be. We stayed in Buffalo last year at the same time at a different hotel that was undergoing renovations. We had to climb over rocks and dust and could hardly hear the check in clerk over the jack hammering, What nice stay this was.
