Excellently located for sightseeing, in the centre of the old town. Staff on the front desk were really helpful - my friend and I were given a double room instead of a twin for two nights and they swiftly managed to move things round for both nights to remedy that. Very helpful with taxi booking at the end of the stay too.
Breakfast was good and nice to be able to sit in the courtyard on a sunny morning.
Room fine, comfortable beds and decent shower.

Room service forgot setting new Kleenex tissues in the bathroom on second day of our stay.
Mineral water in the room would be better.

Très bel hôtel et que dire de la localisation ! Ne pourrait pas être mieux localisée. Notre chambre, sur 2 étages, était fantastique. J’ai adoré ma visite à Dresden. C’est mon coup de cœur de mon trip de 10 jours en Allemagne.

很好獨自入住
Lovely little hotel in the city centre and the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The room was really well laid out and the shower was great. The only issue for me was that there had been a mix-up and no shampoo in the shower (2 bottles of showergel instead) but it was sorted out very quickly by the staff. I didn't pay for breakfast, though it looked good.
I would definitely use this hotel again.
