Location and proximity to all you need - airport, shopping, food, etc etc Very good place for family enjoyment

Wonderful stay, highly recommend

The only reason I’m giving this hotel one star is because the ocean view from our room was beautiful. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay fell well short of what you’d expect from a five-star hotel. Our Ocean View Room had a constant damp, mouldy smell from the moment we arrived. On the first night, the hotel provided a dehumidifier, which was very noisy, leaked water and made little difference to the smell. Staff initially looked into moving us to another room, but the hotel was fully booked. Unfortunately, no one followed up over the following days to check on the issue or offer another solution. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, and the balcony door was misaligned and wouldn’t close properly unless it was locked. The soundproofing is extremely poor. We could hear conversations in neighbouring rooms, people walking and talking in the hallway, and noise from the street and beach. Getting a peaceful night’s sleep was difficult. Housekeeping was inconsistent. We were often left without enough towels, and on one occasion our room was serviced but the used towels weren’t replaced. We were told fresh towels would be brought later, but they never arrived. The curtains were badly worn, with numerous holes throughout them, allowing sunlight to stream into the room early each morning. They looked tired and should have been replaced long ago. The pool is far too small for a resort of this size and there are nowhere near enough sun lounges. Breakfast was also very average.

Best view from our ocean view room was amazing.

This was our family’s third year staying at the Pullman, 11 nights this time, and won’t be our last. The hotel is meticulously run by top tier staff, the rooms are always clean and well maintained, and the gym, pools, restaurants and spa are excellent. We love the location for proximity to the beach (though it’s a surf beach not for family swimming - but morning walks are fabulous) and to lots of restaurants, shopping, attractions, Beachwalk, cafes and bars. Highly recommended.

unfortunately had headphones stolen from my room. Asked the staff not to clean the room as I only arrived the night before. When I arrived back to my room later that day I noticed they had come into my room. Next morning realised the head phones had been taken.

Great location. Lovely staff. Beds very hard. Breakfast was ok but mostly inside and very hectic

Good choice of breakfast options. Rooms are spacious & overall clean. Pool needs some repair with loose tiles on the bottom that cut open our friend’s sons foot quite badly. Staff helped with some first aid pool side. Hotel location is great close to the beach & nearby bars/restaurants.
