Great hotel, nice gym.

Exactly what we expected. No surprises

Clean room, good staff, good amenities. I would go there again

I stayed from 11th to 14th, the guy that checked me in was very helpful and super friendly Food was great. I got room service which was also excellent. I will come again

Nice hotel

The staff was very helpful. Convenient location. Good breakfast with lots of option. However our room was very poorly clean. There were splotches on the walls in the bathroom and food left on the floors. It just seemed like someone did a quick dusting and called it good.

It is a very nice property, in a very convenient location. You can get the tram no.4 to get into Central Amsterdam in less than 30 minutes. The rooms are a great size and have everything you need from USB charger block, kettle to coffee machine. It has a safe in the room, too. The staff will help you where they can. The reception staff is very friendly and welcoming. They have been going above and beyond. The cleaning ladies are nice, too. We had some cocktails at the bar and I have to say they have been the best cocktails I had in a while. The bartender was very friendly, too. The little souvenir shop has the nicest souvenirs and the prices are very reasonable. It also has a coffee shop STACH opposite the reception. They also have a kids room, with toys and an interactive games table and puzzles. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
